To this end, we offer full integrations of Synoptix to virtually any software system available. Because it’s written with the very latest in development methodologies, Synoptix is both database and OS independent, allowing it to connect to any database or operating system available (e.g., Windows, Linux, and Macintosh). The integrations are relatively low in cost, and are very custom to each software system’s needs.

You’ll have a partner that will respond to your requests for functionality particularly pertinent to your customer base. We have a proven track record for adding functionality to Synoptix that is uniquely important to a particular host package. In fact, because we’re an Agile programming house, these types of additions can often be made in a matter of days.

Yet another compelling reason to partner with CompuSoft is our rapid implementation process. Normally, we can complete an integration within three or four weeks. This fact also highlights an often overlooked benefit for new system sales, namely, our ability to eliminate risky and expensive data migrations. With a Synoptix implementation(s), your prospective customers can have direct access to both your software system and their legacy system, and generate with ease any consolidations they require (with full drill downs into both systems). No more headaches of typical data migrations with their expense and high rate of complications.

CompuSoft can provide two types of integration services. First, we integrate Synoptix in such a way that it becomes part of its host’s core software package. In this case, when a user opens up a report within the host system they’ll actually be using Synoptix in the background, though the host package may have Synoptix named as something different (as in many OEM situations). The strength of this route is that users have the ability to easily modify and drill down on the core reports, thereby eliminating the most common user complaint that the core reports are difficult/impossible to modify.

Synoptix will ship in this instance with several standard reports, including an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Inventory Valuation, or whatever reports may be significant in a case by case basis. If users want to create other custom reports, they can then purchase the full reporting suite without the additional requirement of further training. The second implementation option simply involves a standard implementation of Synoptix to the host package that is sold as an add-on product, and not included in the core offering. In both cases, your customers have live access to their data with full data mining capabilities.
