    Do I really only have 100 rows and 25 columns available to create a report?

    No, The default is set to 100 rows and 25 columns, but you can change it by going into a report and clicking on File > Properties. Then you will need to save and transfer the report. The report will then need to be closed and reopened for the new settings to be shown.
