First, you can now join the Synoptix Google Users Group and be a part of Synoptix related topics discussed among current users. Share ideas, get tips, and advance your product knowledge. To join, simply go to www.compusoftdevelopment.com and enter your email address in the Google Groups section on the lower left hand side.

Second, we now offer advanced interactive training that will give you all the tools you need to take full advantage of Synoptix’ powerful functionality. This training is web based, so there are no associated travel costs. You get one-on-one training from a highly qualified member of our expert team who will walk you through the details of writing reports within Synoptix and answer any questions you may have along the way. All the essential and cutting edge aspects of Synoptix are covered, empowering you with the core knowledge to immediately write the reports you need. Third, CompuSoft is creating a Synoptix report repository that will contain operational reports you can download absolutely FREE OF CHARGE, provided you’re current on maintenance. While we’re creating some reports for the repository internally, the real value will come from users like you who decide to contribute completed reports for others to take advantage of. Of course, you’ll simply export the report template, which means that others won’t be able to view your actual data – the report will allow others to view their own data with that set of report criteria. If you can contribute, please export the report(s) and provide a brief description of each so others will know its contents.

You can export reports by going to the “File” drop down menu and selecting “Report Manager”. Choose the report you’d like to export and click “Export” (make sure the File Type is .export). You can also send us an email at dandersen@compusoftdevelopment.com and simply attach the reports. We will post the repository login information within a few weeks so you can take advantage of the other reports.
